  3. This is a legal agreement between you and "ALTIX SOFT" 
  4. covering your use of "Tricks Bart Screensaver".  
  5. Be sure to read the following agreement before using 
  6. the software.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS 
  7. AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY 
  8. ALL COPIES OF IT.

  10. This copyright software is distributed as freeware.  
  11. You may use this software without any charge and may 
  12. distribute to others.  The software is owned by "ALTIX SOFT" 
  13. and is protected by United States copyright laws and 
  14. international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat 
  15. the software like any other copyrighted 
  16. material (e.g. a book or musical recording).

  18. Commercial distribution of the software is restricted without 
  19. permission of "ALTIX SOFT". We are more than happy to allow you 
  20. to distribute our software, but you must first have a license 
  21. to do so. Contact "ALTIX SOFT" for details on obtaining a license.

  23. You may not rent or lease the software, nor may you modify, adapt, 
  24. translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  25. If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use this 
  26. software terminates automatically and you then must destroy all 
  27. copies of this software in your possession.

  30. without warranty of any kind and "ALTIX SOFT" expressly disclaims 
  31. all other warranties, express or implied, including, 
  32. but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and 
  33. fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances 
  34. shall "ALTIX SOFT" be liable for any incidental, special or 
  35. consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use 
  36. the software or related documentation, even if "ALTIX SOFT" has been 
  37. advised of the possibility of such damages.
